The Texas Academy of Palliative Medicine (TAPM) and the Texas & New Mexico Hospice Organization (TNMHO) are co-sponsoring their second annual Advanced Clinical Track, designed for physicians and other healthcare professionals with experience in hospice and palliative care. 

The 23rd TNMHO Annual Convention begins Friday, April 1st at 8:30 am and runs until Sunday, April 2nd at 12:00 noon.  The CME-accredited programs, sponsored by TAPM, are listed below.  These are designed as a “physician pre-conference” on Friday and a full-day “physician symposium on Saturday.  The TAPM Annual Business Meeting will be held at the end Saturday’s programming.
