The Texas Academy of Palliative Medicine (TAPM) and the Texas & New Mexico Hospice Organization (TNMHO) are co-sponsoring their second annual Advanced Clinical Track, designed for physicians and other healthcare professionals with experience in hospice and palliative care. 

The 23rd TNMHO Annual Convention begins Friday, April 1^st at 8:30 am and runs until Sunday, April 2^nd at 12:00 noon.  The CME-accredited programs, sponsored by TAPM, are listed below.  These are designed as a “physician pre-conference” on Friday and a full-day “physician symposium on Saturday.  The TAPM Annual Business Meeting will be held at the end Saturday’s programming.
