Center to Advance Palliative Care
CAPC is a resource to hospitals and other healthcare settings interested in developing palliative care programs. CAPC is a national initiative supported by The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation with direction and technical assistance provided by Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
Palliative Care Policy Center
The Palliative Care Policy Center (PCPC) offers expert support to hospitals, nursing homes, health systems, hospices, and other organizations that serve individuals nearing the end of life. We seek to help you make breakthrough change happen in areas that matter to patients and families. A key goal of our activities is to gather information and create a common database that can help improve the experience of dying patients and their families everywhere. We make our findings and lessons learned available to all so that all who aim to improve care for serious illness may succeed.

The purpose of the HPNA is to exchange information, experiences, and ideas; to promote understanding of the specialties of hospice and palliative nursing; and to study and promote hospice and palliative nursing research.
Last Acts
Last Acts is a campaign to improve end-of-life care by a coalition of professional and consumer organizations. We believe in palliative care, focused on managing pain and making life better for individuals and families facing death. Last Acts envisions a world in which dying people and their loved ones receive excellent care and are honored and supported by their community. This site is for professionals and volunteers working to improve care of the dying.
National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization
The NHPCO is the national service organization for hospices and palliative care centers. With a broad range of online publications and educational offerings, NHPCO is a resource for organizations as well a individuals. |
